Milkshake Illness: Severe Cramps - Cook Out, Kinston North Carolina

I ordered a chocolate fudge milkshake Sunday February 12th around 5:30-5:45. By 2am the following morning I was experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea every 20-30 minutes. At one point my whole stomach seized up in a spasm so horrible and gut wrenching I almost went to the hospital. I stayed sick all of February 13th and finally by 10 that night it started to let up. Following day I had a horrible headache and my whole body was sore and aching from all the nausea/vomiting/diarrhea and cramping the day before. My husband ordered a root beer float but didn’t end up getting sick, I think the difference may have been from a dirty mixer they used to make mine | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Body Ache, Soreness
