Additional information: Symptoms resolved for 2hrs after eating bland food. Ate a bunch of grapes again (after 2hrs of symptom resolution) to try and determine if it was the vegan ice cream (carrageenan) or the grapes
It now appears this was a carrageenan reaction from vegan ice cream. Til I have an intolerance. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
