5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed premises with a procedure for responding to vomiting and/or diarrhea events, however premises has no supplies as required. Instructed manager to provide and maintain proper supplies or a citation will follow. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.

- comments: observed tcs food at improper internal temperature: found 10lbs of raw shrimps inside the front prep cooler at 50. 1f. Instructed manager to discard and denature shrimps. Total cost at $95. Priority citation issued #7-38-005.

- comments: observed a few bulk storage container in the basement no labeled. Instructed manager to label bulk dry storage containers with the name of the product.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean the prep tables in the basement and shelving inside the walk in cooler to remove spills.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed a leaky pipe underneath the hand sink in the kitchen. Must repair and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: instructed manager to provide and maintain a garbage can w/lid in the women washroom as required.

- comments: observed a few damaged ceiling tiles in the prep areas. Must replace and maintain.
