- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report 2614422 on 3-25-25:55-observed broken and missing wall base throughout facility, instucted to replace and maintain surrounding holes in said spaces throughout classrooms and kitchen. 55-noted floor surrounding grease trap not leveled with large gap between grease trap and floor, instructed to provide a smooth and easily cleanable flooring. 55-observed excessive items stored inside closet on floor in closet near side door entrance. Instructed to remove and elevate all items at least 6 inches off floor to prevent pest harborage. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
