- comments: observed no written employee health policy on the premises. Manager instructed to provide a signage employee health policy for each employee. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010. No citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in frot prep area. Must provide and maintain.
23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed no proper date marking on ready to eat tcs foods held more than 24 hours inside 2-door cooler. Must properly date labeled with an expiration date no longer than 7 days. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of food preparation tables. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed ice scoops stored inside ice machine located in front prep area. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed certified food managers on duty without the allergen training certificate. Instructed that all certified food managers are required to obtained allergen training certificates.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from 3/13/2020 report#2365761. #37. Observed some bulk food items,stored out of original containers and without identifying labels. Must provide identification labels of the common food name on all foods stored out of original containers. #51. Unable to observe the backflow prevention device on the mop sink. Must be able to demonstrate location of the mop sink's backflow prevention device for visible inspection. #55. Observed some broken floor tiles in the rear prep area. Must repair and maintain. Observed the ceiling in the hot water tank closet in poor repair; wood is buckling, there's duct covering falling out. Must repair and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
