Informed person in charge of an original city of chicago food service certificate must remain posted on site, and the named certified manager shall be on site during all tcs food prep, cooking, serving, and operating hours. Priority foundation violation #7-38-012. Citation issued

- comments: noted slight pink buildup on top interior surface of ice machine. Instructed to remove ice, clean and sanitize all surfaces and maintain.
