- comments: observed opening around window air conditioner in rear prep area. Instructed to seal all outer opening to prevent pest entrance.

- comments: observed rust on exterior of grease trap of three compartment sink in front prep area. Instructed to remove rust, nonfood contact surfaces of equipment shall be constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent and smooth material.
