This establishment was closed for presenting an imminent health hazard and the following violations:
1. There is no hot water available in the facility.
2. The hand sink is not functioning in the bar area, the water is off, and the drain pipe is disconnected.
3. The walk-in cooler is unable to hold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F.
4. Cut lettuce on the counter is measuring 60°F.
5. Mussels, blanched potatoes and various foods are measuring 46-48°F in a reach-in cooler.
6. Shredded chicken, lettuce, corn drinks are measuring 46°F in the walk-in cooler.
7. A fly swatter is stored on a food preparation table.
8. An employee washed hands at the 3 -compartment sink.
9. Various floor surfaces are damaged or unfinished.
10. Not all floor/wall junctures are coved and sealed.
11. Potentially hazardous and ready-to-eat foods prepared on-site & held more than 24 hours are not all date-marked.
12. Thawing instructions on fish products are not being followed.
13. Fish food is stored above ready-to-eat food for human consumption.
14. Bowls are used for food scoops and are stored inside food containers.
15. In-use utensils are stored with handles in contact with food.
16. Food containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.
17. Clean equipment is not covered or inverted to prevent contamination.
18. Dishes are not being sanitized after cleaning.
19. Gaskets are damaged on a refrigerator unit (repaired with duct tape).
20. Ventilation hood filters are missing.
21. A reach-in cooler is not maintained to hold potentially hazardous food at or below 41°F.
22. Various wall surfaces are not smooth, durable, easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
23. Floor sinks are dirty.
24. Reach-in cooler handles are dirty.
25. Top portions of the rice cooker are damaged.
26. The faucet is leaking on the 3-compartment and food preparation sink.
27. The mop is not hung to air dry.
28. Pressurized cylinders are not secured.
29. Potentially hazardous food was not cooled to 41°F within a total of 6 hours.
30. Potentially hazardous food is being cooled in deep containers.
