We ate late in afternoon at dirty burger bar at the shacks dog park, around 4-5pm. I had a wrap that had lettuce, chipotle ranch, black bean burger, corn, and cheese. My stomach started to feel a little off a few hours later, and I woke up with hot flashes and nausea throughout the night. I vomited once in the morning along with diarrhea and have had diarrhea as I eat foods. I've had a fever of 99.9 and ibuprofen did not work, however I have been able to bring temp down to normal with cold towel. I had body aches and chills which now seems to be improving (22 hours later) but possibly because of ibuprofen. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
