High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 11 live flies in establishment: eight in small prep kitchen area near exit door and three in back storage area near hot water heater. **Warning**
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over canned/bottled drinks. Raw shelled eggs stored over bottled beer in reach in cooler in back area. Eggs moved and stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 32 rodent droppings in establishment: 17 in back storage area behind hot water heater. Area contains reach in cooler and reach in freezer and is adjacent to main kitchen area, and 15 in old walk in freezer converted to storage area with food and to go items adjacent to kitchen. Employee began cleaning up droppings. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach in cooler in back hallway farthest from kitchen, cooked chicken, raw bacon, cooked potatoes 59°F. Employee states items placed in cooler approximately 2.5 hours prior. Items moved to another reach in cooler to cool. **Warning**
High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Missing on outside faucet on front of building where black hose is attached. Missing on faucet in corner of small kitchen near storage area door. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
