I did some errands in the morning on the 1 December, got some food at this store, I decided on some pringles, Gatorade and a can of spaghetti os with the little meat balls and then later a monster energy drink. A mean bean coffee one…

It came on really quick and it first was just diarrhea and I thought nothing of it cus I have a lot of allergies… but when I started to vomit at the same time… it continued with hot and cold flashes…
Today is the 2nd of December and my insides are sore and feel very sensitive. This is highly unusual for me, I am hoping to find some answers. But nothing home made, nothing that I had in possession of for more than an hour or two… maybe three cus the two Gatorade’s were spread out, so we’re the chips. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Soreness
