- comments: observed several bags of chips and popcorn gnawed, torn, adulterated with mice droppings and displayed for sale on display shelves. Instructed manager to discard. All food shall be in good condition and packaging intact. Priority foundation 7-38-005 citation issued.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on display shelves, on floor under kick plates, on pallets, and floor under all equipment, along walls and corners in sales and storage areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed 1/4' gap at bottom of front entrance doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed crates used as shelving units in sales and storage areas. Instructed manager to remove all crates and provide adequate shelving for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: observed excessive clutter inside walk-in freezer and rear storage areas. Instructed manager to store all stock six inches off floor and away from walls for easy cleaning and pest control.
