- comments: observed 50 mice droppings scattered on the chip display bottom shelving, noted 25 mice droppings scatterd on the candy display shelving. Instructed to remove and detail clean affected areas. Priority foundation citation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must clean dust & debris build up from shelving units at cashier booths,merchandise shelving units on sales floor ,window sills,reach in coolers and freezers.

- comments: observed outside dumpster overflowing with garbage and debris. Instructed to maintain dumpster and area around to prevent harborage and possible food source. Priority foundation citation 7-38-020(b).

- comments: noted clutter in the rear storage room. Must make better aisles in rear storage area for easy accessiblility for cleaning around pallets and u-boats. Also for monitoring for pests.
