I ordered Domino's Pizza for delivery on 5/18/16. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza and Stuffed Cheesy Bread with Bacon and Jalapeno. Within 30 minutes of eating, I began to feel nauseous. I began throwing up and had diarrhea. I started sweating and was running a fever. My boyfriend also got sick but did not remain sick for as long as I did and he did not need to go to the Emergency Room. I continued feel sick throughout the night and went to the Emergency Room the next day where I was diagnosed with Food Poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
