Felt fine all day. Went to DQ for food and ice cream in the evening. I had onion rings and ice cream and my husband got a 1/2 pound cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry banana milkshake. Came home and not long after, my husband started complaining of an upset stomach. Went to bed and didn’t get much sleep cuz he threw up 5 times during the night and had severe diarrhea. He also got a fever and bad muscle aches. Still feeling miserable the day after. DQ needs to either be shut down or prohibited from making food besides ice cream!!! Never getting food there again!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
