- comments: observed heavy equipment on the 1st floor serving area in need of cleaning. Instructed to remove food debris on steam/prep table shelving. Must be maintained while not in use.

- comments: observed excessive boxes and trash on the ground in the refuse area outside. Instructed to remove and maintain.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2607501 on november 15, 2024. Observed evidence of pest activity on the premise during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 4 live cockroaches in prep area on floor near hot water tank. Recommended to contact pest control for service. Must eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued. Observed approximately 10 large and small cockroaches crawling in the prep area on the wall behind and underneath the oven in the rear prep area. Instructed to correct. Priority violation. #7-42-090. Citation issued.
