- comments: observed 1/4' gap on side and bottom of rear exit door. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor inside walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces beverage machines, coolers, holding units, shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
