spent a 8 days in OBX and hit there the morning of leaving since it was on the way to the start of my 15 hour ride home. I got an Everything bagel with cream cheese, hash browns, and a Lemonade (I suffer from IBS so i don’t do well with coffee) that was the only thing i ate for the day. Around 6 1/2 7 hours later i feel horrible, upset stomach, nauseous and over all not feeling well. i returned home a few hours later and instantly went to sleep and woke up the next day still not feeling the best but adding frequent restroom trips and some on and off cramping. i usually never get food from here just an occasional donut every now and then. Not sure if i’m having a flare up or i genuinely don’t feel good from what i ate since i rarely ever feel like this when i have a flare up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
