- comments: observed stained cutting boards in the kitchen prep areas. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the prep 2 door cooler adjacent to cookline. Instructed to replace the torn door gaskets. Observed rust on the wire storage racks in the walk-in cooler. Instructed to remove rust and repaint or replace the storage racks.
