- comments: observed rodent activity of approximately 40 mice dropping located throughout the basement floor. The facility must continue to work with a licensed pest control company to eliminate/prevent any rodent activity. The facility must clean and maintain basement floors. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued.
