- comments: observed hot water temperature over maximum of 120f at hand washing sinks in gym women washroom near main entrance(124. 1f) and staff washroom near kitchen office(125. 9f). Instructed manager to repair and maintain water temperature 100f-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed timed faucet not properly functioning at first sink in boys west washroom. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed over 10 mice droppings scattered on floor and rolling cart in storage area between kitchen office and maintenance room. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
