Tuesday night last week, 11/1/22. My wife started getting sick early the next morning., We think it was the lettuce or tomato in her taco at this location. No body else in our family got sick. She and I both had the picadillo beef in her taco and my chimichanga, but she had lettuce and tomato. She became very ill and ended up in the hospital with diabetes complications because of it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
