- comments: observed no chicago food sanitation manager on site or valid certificate posted when tcs food (rice 197. 7f) prepared and served. A chicago food sanitation manager must be on site at all times tcs food prepared and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink in front prep area. Instructed manager to provide.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed low temperature dish machine not sanitizing food equipment and utensils chemical ppm 0 instructed manager to repair and maintain 100 ppm. Dish machine is tagged held for inspection and must not be used until reinspected by chicago department of health. Priority 7-38-025 citation issued

- comments: observed flavored syrup stored on floor in bar area. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed multi-use utensils not inverted in wait station/beverage area. Instructed manager to invert all utensils to protect lip contact surfaces from contamination.

- comments: observed single service articles stored under unshielded waste lines in basement. Instructed manager to remove single service articles or encase waste lines to protect from potential leakage.

- comments: observed raw wood shelving in basement dry food storage area. Instructed manager to seal all raw wood surfaces and maintain.
