This is the only food I had today. I ate nachos with just chips, cheese dip black beans, and tomatoes. Also had the mild (bright red) salsa. Ordered about 4:40 PM. Around 9PM I felt nauseous and around 10PM started very intense diarrhea and vomiting. It is almost 12:30 AM and these symptoms have continued at 10-15 minute intervals at the same intensity. Feel incredibly miserable, about to go to urgent care. I’m really disappointed to have to use a day of time off. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
