Around 7pm last night my girlfriend and I ordered several tacos, 4 chicken1 steak with onions, cilantro, lettuce and tomato and avacado, no cheese and two yellow zucchini veggie tacos and both eventually became violently ill.At first it started as serious bloating, then a severe stomach pain and then it all came out. We are both still very sick.
We eat here all the time, a couple times a week and always order about the same thing. We also hadn't eaten anything prior to that meal, it was our first meal of the day. Still very sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
