- comments: observed no hot running water at kitchen handwashing sink. Temperature of water was 70. 0 f during this inspection. Must provide and maintain temperature of water at all hand washing sinks minimum 100 f at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c),citation issued. (see comments below).

Management instructed to provide adequate hot running water above 110f to the 3 compartment sink and minimum water temperature of 100 f for all handwashing sinks and maintain at all times.
