Manager discarded 1/4 gallon of heavy whipping cream, 1/4 gallon of oatmilk, and 1/4 gallon almond milk($20). Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

Report #2572458, dated march 13, 2023, instructed facility to #58 ensure all city of chicago certified food managers obtain food allergen certification.
