- comments: observed no written clean up procedure and kit posted on premise or neccesary items outlined in policy available on site for responding to vomit and diarrheal events that can occur on premise. Instructed to provide and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: noted excessive trash and unnecesary items on floors in rear stock area. Must clean and remove. All items should be elevated at least 6 inches off floor to prevent pest harborage.
