- comments: observed a gap at front and rear doors must make doors tight fitting.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more live small flies on walls and crawling in floor drain as well as live worm like insects wiggling in the water of floor drain in south toilet room,also appx. 4-5 live large flies flying around in rear storage area ,on sales floor and near toilet rooms. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 5/16/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must clean mold like build up from interior parts and shelving units in reach in coolers. Must clean dust build up from service counter shelving units.
