- comments: observed build up of black and gray mold like substance on interior bottoms of cold hold units. Instructed person in charge to detail clean and maintain.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot water on premises. Hot water is not observed at any handsinks in restrooms. Hot water is observed at 66. 7f at all sinks. The informed person in charge of hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands through the retail food establishment. Must correct and maintain. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate waste and sewage water disposal from waste water pipes in the basement. Observed brown and black water back up on the floor of the basement with soiled tissue intermingled, as well as a black mold-like substance. Must remove water from floor and keep dry and maintain at all times, must repair sewagepipes/disposal system for wastewater. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed mold-like substance on walls and ceiling in basement area. (no foodstuffs or dry goods stored in area) instructed manager to have mold remediated for employee health and safety. Observed large spider webs along front window entrance above product inventory and extending onto inventory and floors with dirt/grime buildup. Instructed manager to remove, clean, and sanitize all areas. Technicians arrived on site for mold assessment during inspection.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations from report #2359292 not corrected; #55 observed water-damaged ceiling tiles northeast front of store and missing tiles, instructed to replace all water-damaged/missing tiles in front and rear storage areas. #55-observed the floors not clean under all storage shelves through the store and rear storage area, instructed to clean. Priority foundation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
