- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods inside the 2 door wine cooler. Observed various cheeses at 50f inside of the wine cooler. Management instructed that all cold tcs foods must be stored below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed prepackaged fruits stored in the prep cooler not labeled with the name and address of the facility. Management instructed to label all prepapackaged foods properly.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in the employee washroom. Management instructed to provide.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed overflowing garbage in the outside garbage dumpsters, so the lids could not be closed. Management instructed to provide adequate garbage pickup so garbage does not accumulate and the dumpster lids can be closed. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
