- comments: some prep area coolers door rubber gaskets ripped. Instructed manager must repair/replace all damaged prep area cooler door rubber gaskets and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed some prep and dishwash area ceiling light bulbs not working. Must replace with working ceiling light bulbs.
