Additional information: Ordered the Italian, while my husband got the steak and cheese. Noticed the pickle tasted off after taking two bites so I didn’t eat more. 30 minutes after finishing my sub I began to have body aches and chills. 24 hours later I have gastrointestinal cramping every time I eat or drink something and diarrhea right after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
