Closure date: 07/21/2021Overflowing sewage. Sewage wastewater was covering the kitchen floor, and the inspector wrote that the operator said a mechanic was working on the problem but that “sewage overflow is a constant issue that requires frequent repairs.”. There was one other critical violation, for insects being inside a bulk container of flour. Additionally, the inspector found rodent droppings under the kitchen stove and meat slicer, near the walk-in cooler and in a storage area, as well as “a heavy accumulation” underneath the storage area.
