48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: test kits/ test strips or other devices is not available to the employees to measure sanitizing solution concentration. Facility must provide a test kit or other measuring devices for the employees can measure the sanitizer concentration and avoid a concentration that is too high, which can be toxic. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed previous core violation not corrected from inspection #:2575222 dated 4/25/23 observed excessive clutter and trash underneath equipment on floors throughout all prep areas, walk in cooler and freezer, and rear liquor storage. Instructed to remove, clean and elevate all stored items at least 6 inches off the floor priority foundation violation #7-42-090 citation issued.
