- comments: observed evidence of appx. 30 or more mice droppings on wall outlet next to prep table,on rear storage shelf,on floor behind doors leaning against wall in rear storage ,on floor in rear hallway near electrical box. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/21/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must clean debris buld up from hand sinks in prep area,prep cooler,grill table,unused wrapping station & table top oven. Must defrost ice build up in ice cream freezer.
