- comments: rear exit screened door noted with open 1/4 inch gaps on the side and bottom threshold. Also noted torn mesh screen. Must provide a tight fitting seal on all sides of the door and mesh screening not to allow fly entry.

- comments: noted pooling liquid in the bottom portion of the bottled beer cooler. Must remove pooling liquid and maintain a dry cooler.
