Pink Chicken, Severe Symptoms - Doordash, Glendale California

I ordered food yesterday from this Restaurant through doordash. It was chicken chow mein Mongolian beef with rice and wonton soup. I started eating the chow mein at first I noticed it was incredibly salty for one thing but I kept eating it. Then after eating the chicken which had a weird texture to it and weird look I took a piece of chicken and opened it and I saw that it was pink inside it was undercooked. I immediately notified doordash who did absolutely nothing. I called the restaurant and they hung up on me after I explained what was wrong with the food! I didn't want to waste the money I spent so I kept eating it and unfortunately that was a mistake. Later that night I developed first nausea then really severe cramping throughout the night I've had nausea vomiting and diarrhea which continues today. I contacted a doctor who advise me that I should seek medical treatment but right now I'm going to wait and see if I can just take care of it at home first hopefully I'll be able to do that. But I know it was something in the food that made me sick. Even though I did not consume any more of it after I found the pink chicken I suppose I had enough of it that it gave me food poisoning! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps
