- comments: observed expired city of chicago food service sanitation manager certificate on site, at the time of inspection, while time temperature control for safety, tcs, foods are stored, prepared/handled and served. Instructed a valid/current city of chicago original food service sanitation certificate must be posted on site and certified manager on site during tcs food prep, cooking, serving and operating hours. - comments: observed hand sink in dishwash area not accessible; hand wash sink filled with utensils, plastic food container and grocery shopping bag. Instructed sink must be accessible and maintained at all times. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
