Ordered the sushi soy wrap with grilled eel, grilled shrimp, avocado, cucumber, sweet chili, sweet soy, and tempura crunch on 4/18/2025 late afternoon. That was the only thing I had eaten all day. Next day around noon, started having stomach cramping and nausea. I had not eaten anything since. Soon after vomited 4 times and had diarrhea 6 times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
