- comments: observed timed faucets not operable in pre-k staff washroom. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed no hot water (77f) at hand washing sink in kindergarten room 109. Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed leaking faucets at 3-compartment sink, no hot water at left sink in boys lower-level washroom, hot water faucet turned off, does not shut off when in use and loose cold-water faucet at hand washing sink in staff washroom at top of stairway, low water pressure, middle sink slow draining and left sink not operable in girls washroom 210, loose faucet and right sink not secure to wall in boys third floor washroom.

- comments: observed outside dumpsters not covered. Instructed manager to cover all dumpsters and lids shall be tight fitting. Priority foundaiton 7-38-020(b)

- comments: observed peeling paint on walls in kitchen and openings along baseboards under stairwell near exit doors by kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2570330 on 1-27-23:10-observed hand washing sinks in basement boy's 1st & 3rd fl. Sink not operable and adjust faucets at most sinks in toiletrooms. 36-: observed no thermometers in refrigerators in all pre-k classrooms must provide and maintain. 53-observed no lid on garbage can in pre-k room 111 & 1st fl. Staff toilet rooms must provide and maintain. 56-observed no ventilation hood over one of the double ovens in kitchen if more than 75kw must provide and maintain. Priority foundation 7-42-090
