Shrimp Bowl Illness Suspected - Genjigo, Lewis Center Ohio

I ate a bowl with fried rice, steak, shrimp, mushroom, zucchini, onions, and yum yum sauce around 1 pm on 3/16/19.

My symptoms began at 2 am on 3/17/19. My husband and I both got sick within 24 hours of eating here. It was the only thing we ate in common in the last 7 days. We were not exposed to anyone with a communicable disease prior to that. Our son did not get sick which makes us suspect food borne illness as opposed to a virus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
