- comments: observed no hand washing signage at exposed handsinks located in the rear prep and rear dishwashing area. Instructed the person in charge to provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks.

- comments: observed no covered trash receptacle in both toilet rooms, located in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to provide a covered trash receptacle in both toilet rooms and maintain it.

- comments: observed food debris/spills on the floors throughout the rear preparation area. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean floors and maintain them.
