On Friday at 12:30, I ate a burger salad at Black bear diner. It was a salad with lettuce, onion, tomato, bacon, cheese, hamburger, and thousand Island dressing. I went home and proceeded to get a stomach ache almost immediately. Tell about a couple hours worth of work and decided to take a nap. Was awakened of vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting finally subsided sometime on Saturday. The diarrhea is still lingering to a small extent. That was the only thing I consumed all day. I know that blackbear was the source of the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
