- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed accumulated dust build up on ceiling tiles around ceiling ventilation covers above rear prep and dishwash area also observed food/dust build up on walls at dishwash and rear prep area. Must clean ceiling tiles, ceiling ventilation covers and walls throughout rear prep and dishwash area.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2523082 dated on 07/22/21 not corrected-#49 observed grease build up on exterior of grease trap. Must clean grease trap and maintain, #55 observed accumulated ice build up on floor and ceiling of walk in freezer. Must remove said ice build up and maintain, #55 rear storage area room floor cluttered along walls and corners. Instructed manager must elevate all items off floor or remove. All said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
