August 11, 2022, Food from the buffet: lettuce, chicken, rice, and beans I noticed the cooks and servers at the buffets didn’t wear any gloves. The lettuce was sitting in crates and being soaked in tap water. Flys were hovering over the food. The cheese looked melted since it was sitting in the heat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
