- comments: observed cardboard used as liner on shelving units throughout the establishment. Instructed the person in charge to remove all cardboard from shelving units and maintain. All food and non-food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed no backflow prevention device for the utility sink in the rear near the three-compartment sink. Instructed the person in charge to provide a backflow prevention device located so that it may be serviced and maintained.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed some debris on the floor in the rear storage area. Instructed the person in charge to clean floors and maintain.
