- comments: observed 20 mice droppings scatterd on the floor underneath dry storage shelving in the dry storage room. Noted 15 mice droppings scatterd along the wall base behind unused hot holding uints. Must remove and clean all affected areas. Call pest control for service. Priority foundation violation #7-39-020(a).

- comments: must clean the bottom of the dairy cooler in the lunch room to remove debris and/or spills.

- comments: observed leaky pipes underneath the hand sink in the lunch room employees washroom and at the 3 comp sink. Must repair and maintain.
