- High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employees started working without washing their hands .

- High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed establishment open to the public with an expired license since 10/01/2023.Employee prepping food. Owner paid the license while we were conducting the inspection. **Corrected On-Site**

- High Priority - Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Observed 3 spiders present ( 1 by the pool table, and 2 across the oven in the kitchen)

- High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately + 6 live roaches crawling out of reach in freezer structure at the front bar, + 9 underneath the steam table, kitchen area : + 5 behind the stove , + 25 inside the oven .

- High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed + 25 droppings behind sofas at the dining area and + 20 underneath steam table and reach in cooler .

- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately + 15 rodent droppings underneath steam table, next to the reach in cooler by kitchen door and behind sofas in the dining area..

- High Priority - Rodent burrow or rodent nesting materials present. Observed rodent nesting materials underneath the oven door in the kitchen
