Pregnant: Food Poisoning ER - Guapo's Restaurant, Fairfax Virginia

I ordered water, found specks of food debris in my carafe. Had the chips and salsa with one of the tomatillo salsas served warm so I didn’t eat anymore after 1 bite. Then I ordered the chicken taquitos off the appetizer menu, ate all of it as well as the sour cream, guac and pico it was served with. At the end I had a chocolate cake with my 8yo daughter; all of that was around 6:30pm. Couple hours later I experienced stomach cramps and then around 1:30am I experienced stomach cramping (I’m also 7mo’s pregnant), nausea, followed by vomitting and diarrhea which then led me to go to the ER at 4:30am and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I was tested for covid which came out negative. This happened on 7/8-7/10/2024. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
